Processing Time

We ship worldwide from London within 1 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed, using Royal Mail services, which means your parcel will be delivered with your local postal service once it arrives in your country.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey at www.royalmail.com. Please note that Royal Mail requires address information to be provided in English letters.

Shipping Charges
  • Domestic (UK): Free – Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • International: Free – Royal Mail International Tracked 
  • International Express: £50 – (Available option for Middle East)

Estimated Delivery
  • UK: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, it may be confiscated or destroyed by the destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Due to the unique nature of vintage items, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues or minor signs of wear.
If your watch was described as “in working condition” but does not function as expected, please contact us within 14 days after delivery. We will gladly issue a store credit for the full purchase price, minus shipping costs after receiving the item and confirming the malfunction. BY GOM is not responsible for return shipping costs.
All our policies are fully compliant with UK consumer law, ensuring your statutory rights are protected. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re always here to help.

 

Additional Information
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from improper use or care. For tips on caring for your items, please see our Wear & Care page.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information or if left unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges.

 

Authentication
All our items are authenticated by our in-house experts. In the rare event an item is found to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund as store credit upon receipt of an inauthenticity certificate.
